  • 03/12/2014 Boyce Hydro has notified FERC and the Michigan DNR that due to the ice build up on Sanford Lake they are postponing the normal spring discharge requirements as outlined in their license. They will continue in winter mode until the ice begins to disappear and river flow increases.

  • 4/23/2013 – FERC reponds to Boyce’s previous letter on water quality and monitoring.   • 4/23/2013 – FERC issues a request for validation from Boyce Hydro that downstream gages to measure flow, were installed and calibrated to satisfy compliance with their license. This has been a long standing issue predating Boyce’s ownership but is an outstanding obligation for Boyce to correct.downstream streamflow gaging.04.23.2013
