According to the latest update from FLTF, even though the judge granted the motion to expedite the briefing schedule - the process will not be completed by the end of September. Consequently, all work will be suspended on the three remaining dams under construction.
Secord will be suspended in October
Smallwood will be suspended in September
Edenville construction was suspended in June
Sanford will be suspended in January
