FLTF updates

Please see the Four Lakes Task Force website for multiple updates on the construction progress and the Heron Cove appeal. Click here to read updates.

On July 10 there will be a FLTF webinar, as well. To get the very latest updates please register here.

The July Construction Update Newsletter can be found here. It includes updates for each of the lakes and the following statement from the president:

The picture of Sanford Dam depicts the scale of work that has been underway at each of the

dams and the complexity of construction and water control. This is done while keeping the

dams in a stable state, including if there is a suspension in construction required.

This progress report covers the significant investment and effort towards restoring the lake

levels. Our primary challenge remains: resolve the legal matters to avoid an increase in project

costs and schedule.

The July 10th webinar will review the state of the dams and their lake systems and the

status of obtaining financing to continue construction, given the June 20th court order that

confirmed the lake level special assessment rolls.
